In September, the air in Latrobe will be filled with the aroma of freshly baked goods and simmering tomato sauce as the town celebrates its third annual Italian Festival. Italian and American flags will flutter against the backdrop of the Laurel Highlands, while Thompson Street in the First Ward will buzz with excitement. The festival will be more than just food and music—it will be a tribute to Latrobe’s rich history, family traditions, and community spirit.
